The plaque to Sir Josiah Mason is unveiled. He built the Copperworks School.

The plaque is sponsored by the Pembrey and Burry Port Town Council and unveiled by the Mayor, Councillor Peter Freeman.

CHEQUE PRESENTATION

Nathan, manager of Burry Port Co-op, presents a cheque for £250 to the Pembrey and Burry Port Heritage Group. This will finance the Group’s Blue Plaque Trail booklet.
